Previously, Suzanne worked at Delphi from February 1998 to January 2016 in various HR roles, including Human Resources Manager, where responsibilities included aligning HR initiatives with business strategies and supporting a global workforce. Suzanne's career began as an HR Generalist and Production Supervisor in a manufacturing environment, where development and mentorship of employees were key functions. Suzanne holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from Indiana University Kokomo and a Bachelor's degree in Management from Purdue University.
