Suzanne Wagner

Suzanne Wagner serves as the Talent and Culture Manager at Inari since August 2020. Prior to this role, Suzanne held the position of North America Human Resources Director and Global HR Business Partner at Aptiv from January 2016 to April 2020, leading a global team focused on employee relations, recruitment, and talent management. Previously, Suzanne worked at Delphi from February 1998 to January 2016 in various HR roles, including Human Resources Manager, where responsibilities included aligning HR initiatives with business strategies and supporting a global workforce. Suzanne's career began as an HR Generalist and Production Supervisor in a manufacturing environment, where development and mentorship of employees were key functions. Suzanne holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from Indiana University Kokomo and a Bachelor's degree in Management from Purdue University.
