Inauguration Capital is a venture studio building iconic American companies at the intersection of industrial policy and private innovation. We identify inflection points in government regulation and public investment to launch companies that solve national challenges, accelerate economic resilience, and achieve product-market fit at scale. With operations in the U.S. and Asia, we’ve incubated and spun out mission-driven startups across AI, defense, climate, health, and infrastructure—transforming policy tailwinds into breakout ventures.

To date, we’ve launched 8 companies, raised over $120M in portfolio capital, and created more than $850M in enterprise value, deploying over $50M through our studio to unlock transformative opportunities.
