Jack Mercer

Jack Mercer has a diverse work experience in various roles. Jack started their career as a Sales Associate at THREE UK LIMITED from August 2016 to June 2018, where they mentored colleagues and developed leadership skills. In 2019, Jack interned as a Cloud Support Associate at Amazon Web Services (AWS), troubleshooting and working with various services. Jack then joined Queen's University Belfast as a Demonstrator, providing support to students through practical sessions. Jack later joined Amazon as a Cloud Support Associate, where they provided support and education to customers on AWS services. Jack recently worked at Amazon as a Cloud Support Engineer I, troubleshooting issues and exceeding KPIs. In 2023, Jack joined Inawisdom as a Cloud Engineer.

Jack Mercer attended Queen's University Belfast from 2017 to 2021, where they studied Computing and Information Technology. During their time at university, they did not obtain a degree. However, they obtained several certifications related to Amazon Web Services (AWS): in September 2019, they became an AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, in November 2022, they became an AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate, and in February 2020, they obtained the certification for AWS Certified Developer Associate.
