Shane Young

Shane Young is the current President & CEO at inBay Technologies, and has held various leadership positions at companies throughout their career. Shane has a background in research and development, product management, and business/technology advisory services. Shane has also founded and been the CEO of LifeWorks Innovations Inc., a privately-held Ottawa-based 'NewVentureCo' (aka start-up) incubator and new product/technology innovation company. Shane has been a Member of the Board of Directors at Spotwave Wireless Inc. since January 2000. Prior to that, they worked as a Research Officer at the Herzberg Institute of Astrophysics, National Research Council of Canada from January 1984 to December 1985.

Shane Young has a Bachelor of Engineering from Carleton University.
