Adam Rivera

Adam Rivera serves as the Chief Legal Officer at Inbenta since June 2023, bringing extensive experience in privacy law and compliance. Previously, Adam held the position of Senior Privacy Leader at DoorDash from May 2022 to June 2023, and prior to that, Adam was the Head of Privacy for the Americas at the London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) from January 2021 to May 2022. Adam has also contributed to the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP) as the KnowledgeNet Co-Chair for the Connecticut chapter from January 2019 to January 2021, and served as Head of Privacy for the Americas at Refinitiv. Adam's legal experience includes roles at Thomson Reuters as Senior Counsel & Privacy Officer, Louis Vuitton as Senior Counsel for Employment and Compliance, and Schulte Roth & Zabel LLP as Executive Compensation and Employment Attorney. Adam started the professional journey at the Connecticut Conference of Municipalities as a Claims Adjuster. Academic credentials include a J.D. from the University of Connecticut School of Law, an MBA from Southern Connecticut State University, and a B.S. from the University of New Haven.
