INBIT is a non-profit organization created in 1991 in Greece, with the objective to actively contribute in the advancement of the applied field of Biomedical Technology and the promotion of Patient Safety. INBIT focuses to the effective and safe use of Biomedical Technology and promotes the application of evidence based and quality approaches in the health care sector.

INBIT is actively involved in the development and applications of Regulations , Management and Assessment of Medical Devices initiatives at a global level.
