Pablo O. has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2014 when they were a Research Intern at Universidad Politécnica de Madrid. There, they studied the “Effect of Transcranial Static Magnetic Field Stimulation on Visual Short Term Memory” under the supervision of Dr. Bryan Strange. In 2015, they worked as a Field Engineer Manager at Grupo Empresarial Electromédico, where they were responsible for the proper function of a wide range of medical devices across the hospital. In 2016, they began their Postgraduate Researcher role at Imperial College London, where they studied the connection of non-invasive neural sensors to motor activity sensing modes. In 2019, they were an Intern at Emerging Technologies at IBM. In 2021, they began their roles as a Senior Machine Learning Researcher and a Machine Learning Researcher at CoMind. Finally, in 2022, they began their role as a Sr Algorithm Engineer at INBRAIN Neuroelectronics.

Pablo O. began their educational journey in 2007, when they attended Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México to study Medicine. From 2009 to 2014, they attended Universidad Politécnica de Madrid and earned a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, with a focus on Electronics and Automation. From 2013 to 2014, they attended Ecole nationale supérieure des Mines de Saint-Etienne and earned an Engineers Specialized in Microelectronics, Computer Science and New Technologies degree, with a focus on Microelectronics, embedded systems, and Information Technologies. Finally, from 2015 to 2016, they attended Imperial College London and earned an MSc Hons Biomedical Engineering degree, with a focus on Neurotechnology.
