Carol Schultz

Carol Schultz is the Founder and CEO of Vertical Elevation, where the focus is on transforming small to medium-sized businesses from operations-centric to growth-oriented organizations. Since 2009, Carol has implemented the Chief of Staff Scaffold System to address challenges related to market adaptability and operational efficiency. In addition to this role, Carol is a columnist for Inc. Magazine, sharing insights on leadership and communication, and serves as the host and executive producer of 'Evolving Your Workplace,' a platform for interviewing industry leaders on talent strategy and business growth. Previous experiences include advisory roles at Innovation Pavilion, contributing authorship for ERE Media, and significant positions in education and executive recruitment. Carol holds a Master's degree in Kinesiology from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor's degree in Health and Physical Education from the University of Montana.
