Soren Kaplan

Soren Kaplan is a prominent figure in the fields of strategic innovation and organizational effectiveness, serving as the Managing Principal and founder of InnovationPoint LLC since March 2003. With over 25 years of experience, Kaplan provides consulting services to a diverse range of global leaders, including Cisco, Disney, and Visa. In addition to leading the Center for Effective Organizations at the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business, Kaplan contributes as a columnist for Inc. Magazine and Psychology Today, focusing on subjects such as technology innovation and organizational culture. Kaplan has also held adjunct professor positions at Breda University of Applied Sciences and Copenhagen Business School, teaching strategic innovation. Furthermore, Kaplan co-founded Praxie, an AI-driven digital transformation platform, and previously worked as a manager at HP, driving strategy and innovation initiatives. Kaplan holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology from Alliant International University-San Francisco Bay.
