Sunny Bonnell is the Co-Founder and CEO of Motto®, a strategic brand transformation company established in June 2005, focusing on the power of visionary ideas. Currently recognized as one of the Top 30 Thinkers in the World to Watch by Thinkers50 since January 2024, Sunny is also the author of "Rare Breed: A Guide to Success for the Defiant, Dangerous, and Different," published by HarperCollins Publishers in September 2019. In addition, Sunny co-founded VisionCamp® in July 2022, a program that develops visionary leadership skills. As a columnist for both Fast Company and Inc. Magazine, Sunny shares insights on leadership and innovation. Furthermore, Sunny serves as the host and executive producer for Rare Breed since April 2016. Educational credentials include a Master of Fine Arts in Graphic Design and a Bachelor of Arts in Visual Communications from the Savannah College of Art and Design.
