Valerii Marshalin

Valerii Marshalin is an experienced technology professional with a focus on strategic development and team management. As the Chief Technology Officer and Co-Founder of INC4 since February 2018, Valerii has actively participated in shaping the company's development strategy and overseeing research initiatives. Prior to this role, Valerii served as the Technical Lead Engineer at AdGale from February 2016 to January 2018, where responsibilities included maintaining an effective working environment for development teams and managing the budget to achieve business objectives. Valerii also operated as a Private Entrepreneur and Project Manager at Oggy.cc from October 2009 to January 2016. Valerii holds a Master's degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from Volodymyr Dahl East Ukrainian National University.
