Frederick Hart

Frederick Hart is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in account management, consulting, and project leadership across the automotive and technology sectors. Currently serving as Global Account Director at incadea Group since June 2016, Frederick oversees key accounts such as BMW, Mercedes Benz, and General Motors in regions spanning Europe, South America, the Middle East, and Asia, focusing on cloud-enabled ERP and CRM systems. Prior to this role, Frederick worked as an Innovation and Transformation Consultant, delivering strategic planning and cultural transformation projects in Spain, and held various leadership positions at Hewlett-Packard, including European Account Leader and Client Delivery Executive, managing significant budgets and multi-national teams. With a robust background in software development management and systems integration from earlier roles, Frederick also holds an MBA from Eastern Illinois University and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from Augustana College.
