Dominique Lear

Dominique Lear serves as the Chief of Staff to the CEO and Special Assistant at Incandescent, a management consulting firm, since August 2020. Lear is also the Founder and Editor-in-Chief of Xeno, an online publication launched in November 2018. Previous experience includes roles as Assistant Editor at HarperCollins Publishers, Editorial Assistant at Farrar, Straus and Giroux, and an intern at Nation Books, among others. Lear's leadership was demonstrated as President of the NYUAD Debate Union and as a program assistant in the Literature and Creative Writing Department at NYU Abu Dhabi. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Literature and History from New York University Abu Dhabi and a Bilingual International Baccalaureate Diploma from Greengates School.
