Elsa Steiner

Elsa Steiner is currently serving as the Chief of Staff and Special Assistant to the Founder at Incandescent, a management consulting firm focused on improving organizations. Prior to this, Elsa worked at Cayuga Centers as the Acting Director of Case Management, Assistant Director of Case Management, Bilingual Case Manager, and Intake Worker. Elsa also has experience as an intern in organizations such as the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops and Heartland Alliance. Elsa graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a Bachelor of Arts in Public Policy and Anthropology.
