Keith Thurston

Keith Thurston is an experienced professional in strategy development and technology management with a career spanning over 30 years. As the Director of Strategy Development at Incapsulate, now part of Accenture, since November 2013, Keith leads a diverse team focused on delivering user-friendly solutions and implementing industry-leading software without excessive costs. Prior to this role, Keith served as the Assistant Associate Administrator for Electronic Government at the General Services Administration from September 1989 to May 2013, where collaboration with Federal agencies and the development of Governmentwide IT policies were key responsibilities. Earlier in the career, Keith worked at the U.S. Department of the Treasury in technology implementation and management, focusing on software development and organizational transitions. Keith holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Information Systems from Virginia Commonwealth University and an MBA in Technology Management from Golden Gate University.
