Kirk Swann

Kirk Swann is a Partner based out of Washington, DC and is responsible for our Management Consulting and 311 Practice Areas. He brings over 20 years of technical and management consulting experience, working with leading organizations across the public and private sectors to drive digital transformation and large-scale change efforts. His clients have included the White House’s Office of Management and Budget, GSA, the Federal CIO Council, and numerous members of the Fortune 500.

Mr. Swann was selected by Federal Computer Week to the Federal 100 for his efforts supporting Government-wide lines of business (LoBs) and shared services. He holds a BA in Mathematics from Dartmouth College and lives in Bethesda, MD with his wife and three children.
