Michael Wasser is an accomplished software engineer with extensive experience in mobile development and team leadership. As a Mobile Teamlead at AGIMA, Michael designed a client-server architecture for a hypermarket chain and established a task distribution process for developers. In the role of Lead Engineering Manager, Michael successfully managed a team of 16 mobile developers, significantly improving release times and departmental revenue. Michael has held roles at МТС, where core architecture for questionnaires was developed, and at Dastocks, where strategic technology decisions led to a successful MVP launch. Additional experiences include positions at ivi.ru, Bounds, and KОDE, as well as mentoring over 200 students in Android development at YANDEX PRACTICUM. Currently, Michael holds the position of Lead Android Engineer at Incard. Michael's educational background includes an incomplete Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from Moscow Polytechnic University.
