Robert Hegmit

Robert Hegmit is a Senior Consultant and Project Manager at INCAT Sp. z o.o., where they manage the implementation of banking systems and provide consultancy on solutions. They previously served as the President of Polsoft, overseeing significant annual budgets and managing a large workforce. With extensive experience across various roles in the IT and financial sectors, including positions as CIO and Director, Robert has developed comprehensive strategies and led complex projects at multiple firms. Robert holds a Master's degree in Electronics from Politechnika Wrocławska and has also studied Marketing at the National University of Ireland, Galway.
