Harry Jones has a variety of work experience in web development and design. Harry started their career at the University of Maryland Department of Resident Life as a Web Designer, where they created a trivia game and designed web pages and animations. Harry then worked at Data Solution & Technology Incorporated as a Graphic Specialist, converting websites and brochures using Adobe software. Harry later became the Air Force e-Publishing Webmaster at Enterprise Information Management, Inc., maintaining the website and providing technical support. Harry then worked at Paltech, Inc. as a Web Developer, where they designed and managed contract websites and intranet structures. Harry also worked at DISYS as a Senior Web Developer, designing and developing websites for the Office of Inspector General. Harry had similar responsibilities as a Program Analyst at Whitney Bradley & Brown (WBB), working on user interfaces for the U.S. Navy. Harry also worked as a Freelancer at Ithaca Studios, designing and implementing websites and content management tools for small businesses. Their most recent role was as a Department of State Web Developer at INCATech, where they integrated and maintained websites.

Harry Jones attended the University of Maryland from 1996 to 2001, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Art Studio. Harry furthered their education at the University of Maryland Global Campus from 2002 to 2005, earning certifications in Computer Graphics & Design, Desktop Publishing, Web Design, and Internet Technologies. In August 2010, Harry obtained a certification in MCTS: SQL Server 2008, Implementation and Maintenance from Microsoft.
