Max Aubain has a diverse work experience spanning from 2005 to 2022. Max started as an Undergraduate Researcher at Cornell University, where they conducted crystallographic and mechanical analysis. Max then pursued a Ph.D. in Materials Science and Engineering at the University of California, San Diego, conducting research on nanoscale heat transfer. During this time, they also served as a Graduate Student and Head Teaching Assistant, teaching courses in mechanical devices laboratory, thermodynamics, and heat transfer.

After completing their Ph.D., Max worked as a Thermal Analysis Consultant at IO Semiconductor, where they co-developed a thermal analysis process flow for RF switch products. Max then joined Silanna as a Senior Device Engineer, responsible for managing the thermal design of RF front-end and DC-DC power converter products. At Qualcomm, they served as a Senior Design Engineer, managing the thermal design of RF switch products for cellphone applications.

Max then transitioned to a role as a Thermal Engineer Consultant at Silanna Group, where they managed thermal reliability and led a team in evaluating thermal effects using FEM physics simulators and IR thermal imaging. Max later joined Daylight Law, P.C. as a Patent Agent, using their expertise to assist with patents. From 2019 to 2020, Max worked as a Full Stack Developer.

Most recently, Max joined INCATech as a Software Developer in 2022.

Max Aubain's education history includes the following:

- In 2019, Max attended Craft Academy in Stockholm, where they completed a Full Stack Developer Bootcamp. Their field of study was web-based application development.

- Prior to that, Max completed a program at the Practising Law Institute in 2018, earning a U.S. Patent Agent degree. Their field of study focused on intellectual property law.

- From 2008 to 2013, Max pursued a Ph.D. in Materials Science and Engineering at UC San Diego.

- In the year preceding their Ph.D., Max obtained an M.S. in Materials Science and Engineering from UC San Diego in 2008.

- Max's undergraduate studies took place at Cornell University from 2003 to 2007, where they earned a B.S. degree in Materials Science and Engineering.
