Thomas Moran

Thomas Moran is an experienced GIS professional currently serving as the GIS Practice Lead and Deputy GIS Practice Lead at INCATech since January 2020. At INCATech, Thomas supports the development of an enterprise geospatial platform for personnel recovery data across various military agencies, engaging in requirements gathering, systems design, and application development. Prior experience includes roles at Dewberry, where Thomas contributed to enhancements of MarineCadastre.gov and provided technical support for FEMA projects. Previous positions held include Assistant Varsity Lacrosse Coach at Fairfax County Public Schools and Research Assistant at the United States Geological Survey. Thomas holds a Master of Science in Geospatial Analysis from the University of Mary Washington, along with a B.A. in Geography and professional certificates in Geographic Information Sciences.
