Mandar Salvi

Mandar Salvi currently serves as Senior Vice President and Delivery Head for the Hi-Tech Business Unit at Incedo Inc. since March 2025. Prior experience includes a decade at Calsoft, where roles ranged from Vice President Engineering to Senior Director of Engineering, overseeing outsourced product development for major enterprise clients and managing a delivery team of over 250 engineers. Additionally, Mandar has a background in project management and engineering with Wipro Technologies, contributing to significant projects with Konami Gaming and Applied Materials. Mandar holds an International Program for Management Executives degree from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, and a BE in Computer Science from the University of Mumbai.
