Nitin Seth

Nitin Seth is the current CEO at Incedo. Prior to this, they were the Chief Operating Officer at Flipkart from March 2016 to May 2017. Nitin was responsible for all operations, strategy to execution capabilities, and majority of the corporate functions for Flipkart. Over time their responsibilities included, Ekart (Flipkart’s supply chain), Customer Services, Human Resources, Corporate Strategy, Strategy Deployment, Planning, Analytics, Business Finance, Corporate Development, Investor Relations, Corporate Communications, Government Relations, Risk Management, Quality & Lean, Facilities & Infrastructure, and Security.

Before joining Flipkart, Seth was the Managing Director & Country Head - India for Fidelity International from June 2010 to March 2016. In this role they led Fidelity International's Offshore operations in India and Tunisia and was responsible for setting up and leading Strategy & Planning and Analytics functions for the company globally.

Seth has also held the position of Chairperson for NASSCOM Regional Council (NRC) - Haryana from March 2011 to March 2016 and Chairperson for NASSCOM Global In-house Centres (GIC) Forum - NCR from October 2010 to May 2014.

Nitin Seth has a B.Tech in Textile Technology from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi. Nitin also has an MBA in Finance & Operations from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow. Nitin has a certification from Coursera in Success.
