Haley Shaw

Haley Shaw has extensive work experience in various industries. Haley currently works as the Director of Sales at Incentify, starting in June 2022. Prior to this, Haley was the owner, health & fitness specialist, and speaker at Amp Up Fitness from January 2014 until the present, where they transformed the company into an online training and nutrition platform. From January 2020 to July 2022, Haley worked as a Digital Sales Specialist at Technogym, supporting individuals and businesses in improving their well-being. Before that, they served as an Account Based Marketing professional at SEKO Logistics from February 2017 to January 2022, creating targeted marketing strategies. Haley also worked as a Business Wellness Consultant - Partnerships at Chiro One Wellness Centers from February 2019 to January 2020, enhancing employee engagement opportunities. Additionally, they served as a Wellness Consultant at Axion RMS, Ltd. from April 2018 to June 2019 and as an Independent Sales Representative at 1st Phorm International from October 2015 to January 2019. Haley began their career at Dolce Salon as a Personal Assistant from May 2008 to May 2017, where they managed appointments, sold beauty products, and trained employees. Lastly, they worked as a Referee at Hampshire Park District from June 2009 to May 2016, officiating various sports games and ensuring a fun and safe environment for participants.

Haley Shaw completed an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Health and Wellness, General at Elgin Community College from 2014 to 2015. Haley then went on to obtain a Bachelor's degree in Human Biology from Northern Illinois University, where they studied from 2015 to 2017. Haley Shaw also obtained several additional certifications throughout their education. In 2014, they became a Certified Personal Trainer through the American Heart Association. Haley further expanded their expertise by completing a Fitness Nutrition Specialist certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) in 2016. Additionally, Haley Shaw obtained a Certified Worksite Wellness Program Manager (CWWPM) certification from the National Wellness Institute in 2019 and a First Aid and CPR, AED certification from the American Red Cross in 2017.
