Amy O'Donnell

Amy O'Donnell has a strong background in product management and analysis. Amy is currently the Head of Product at Incentive Games, a role they have held since January 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Incentive Games as a Product Lead from January 2022 to February 2023, and as a Product Manager from January 2021 to January 2022. Before joining Incentive Games, Amy served as a Product Manager at Roxor Gaming from September 2019 to December 2020. At Roxor Gaming, they were primarily responsible for managing the Rewards and Daily Free Game free play offering. Amy also had ownership of other products within the Remote Gaming Platform, including Slot Replay and the Game Wrapper. Before their time at Roxor Gaming, they worked as a Product Owner at Gamesys from May 2016 to September 2019. Prior to that, Amy worked as a Business Analyst at Harrods from August 2015 to May 2016, and at People's Postcode Lottery from April 2012 to July 2015.

Amy O'Donnell began their education in 2001 at Dominican College, Portstewart, where they obtained 9 GCSEs and 3 A Levels. Amy then attended Edinburgh Napier University from 2007 to 2011, earning an Associate's Degree in Information Technology. Additionally, they obtained several certifications in various fields such as business change, ITIL, business analysis, requirements engineering, agile project management, PRINCE2, SQL, and Scrum. These certifications were obtained between 2013 and 2017 from institutions such as BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT, AXELOS Global Best Practice, QA Ltd, and Scrum Alliance.
