Ryan Gamble

Ryan Gamble is a skilled psychologist specializing in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), user experience (UX), and consumer and gaming behavior. They have held various positions, including Head of Player Psychology at Incentive Games since 2025 and UX & Digital Consumer Research Lead at PepsiCo from 2022 to 2025. Ryan has also contributed significantly as a Senior Applied Psychologist and Human Factors Consultant at K Sharp Ltd and held academic roles at Cardiff University, where they focused on equality, diversity, and inclusion.
