Bill Mann

Bill Mann serves as the CEO of Inception Cyber, a venture capital-funded cybersecurity startup since January 2024, actively seeking talent in full-stack engineering, data science, and security research. Mann has been the CEO and advisor at Styra since October 2018, playing a crucial role in the development and commercialization of the Open Policy Agent, a CNCF policy-as-code open-source project. Additionally, Mann holds advisory positions at companies such as Ubyon, Splashtop Inc., GreenOps, and Noq Software. Previously, Mann was the Chief Product Officer at Centrify Corporation, overseeing enterprise cybersecurity efforts before its acquisition by Thoma Bravo in 2018. Mann's extensive experience in technology and security includes various senior leadership roles at CA Technologies, where responsibilities encompassed cloud strategy, product management, and security innovations.
