Fred Vaske

Fred Vaske is a cleantech finance leader serving as the Chief Financial Officer of Inception Financial and as a Contract CFO and Project Finance Advisor. With nearly two decades of experience in renewable energy and asset finance, Fred has successfully raised over $3.5 billion in various financial instruments. Notable previous roles include Vice President at Ecoplexus Inc., Recurrent Energy, and Hanwha Q CELLS USA Corp., as well as Chief Administrative Officer at EnSync Energy Systems. Fred also holds independent board member and audit committee chair positions at Sonoma State Enterprises, supporting the educational mission of Sonoma State University. Currently, Fred is pursuing a BA at Claremont McKenna College and an MA at Washington University in St. Louis.
