inch is an award-winning NYC based product development firm.

For over 35 years, we have been unusually successful at helping our clients engineer, design and manufacture great products that their customers want and buy. We help you get the big picture right, secure IP, and develop the details that your customers will notice. We create features that your competitors can’t match, and we are very experienced at designing for manufacturing, including designing manufacturing fixtures and machines. We test, refine and simplify our designs to ensure that they are inexpensive to manufacture, have as few parts as possible, and are highly reliable. We are experienced at passing UL and CE certifications, performing some tests in house, and have an FDA compliant development process.

Our designs have twice won the annual I.D. magazine gold award, and inch has been featured in: The New York Times, Inc. Magazine, The Wall Street Journal, and at the London Design Museum.

We develop products that Work Beautifully.
