Luiselena Acuna

Luiselena Acuna has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Luiselena is currently working as the Group Procurement Lead at Inchcape plc, where they are responsible for overseeing procurement processes. Prior to this, they worked at Consciencia Femenina as a Consciousness/Life Coach, providing mentoring and coaching to individuals. Luiselena also worked at FULLSTEP as a Procurement & Sourcing Consultant, where they led strategic sourcing and vendor management projects. In their role at Yodeyma Parfums, they managed the procurement, demand planning, and logistics of materials for the production of perfumes and cosmetics. Additionally, they served as the General Manager of a healthy snacks protein-based company, where they managed production and oversaw sourcing and logistics processes. Luiselena also gained experience as the Supply Chain Planning Team Lead at EMPRESAS POLAR, Venezuela's largest private company. Luiselena has previous teaching experience as a University Professor at Instituto Universitario Politécnico Santiago Mariño. Earlier in their career, they worked at Organización Carvajal, providing outsourcing advisory services and managing sourcing and procurement functions. Luiselena also worked at TERNIUM SIDOR as a Sourcing and Procurement Analyst, responsible for contract management. Finally, they served as an Operations Supervisor at SERVILIM DEL CENTRO, overseeing facility management and outsourced services.

Luiselena Acuna has a BEng degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad de Carabobo, which they completed from 1997 to 2003. From 2008 to 2010, they pursued their Master of Business Administration degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Universidad Metropolitana (VE). During the same period, they also specialized in Advanced Studies in International Management at the same institution. In 2017 to 2018, Luiselena obtained an International Coaching Certification from ISCD The International School for Coaching and Human Development in the UK. Additionally, they hold a Diploma in Personal Nutrition and Sports and Exercise Nutrition from Shaw Academy, which they completed from 2015 to 2016.
