Danillo Lemes

Danillo Lemes is a seasoned lead designer and product management professional with extensive experience in establishing and managing design systems. Currently serving as Lead Designer at inChurch since June 2021, Danillo leads a squad focused on unifying products post-acquisition while overseeing a team of designers. Previously, Danillo was the Lead Product Designer at Nuclea, where collaboration with developers led to the creation of a design system and an internal design team. Additional roles include managerial positions in marketing and innovation at Studio Mudí and França Imobiliária, and product design positions at Toro Investimentos, Opah IT, and Colab, where an emphasis on solid product strategies and cross-departmental alignment was prevalent. Danillo holds a specialization in UX/UI design from Design Circuit and a degree in Advertising from Universidade de Mogi das Cruzes.
