Patrick Bennett has extensive experience in the technology industry. Patrick started their career as a Quality Support Analyst at Lexicon Technologies, where they worked from February 2011 to January 2012. Patrick then moved on to become a Customer Support Manager from January 2012 to June 2012, followed by a role as a Quality Assurance Manager & Customer Support Manager from June 2012 to April 2013. In this position, they oversaw the Quality Management System and led Lexicon's data analysis program. From April 2013 to August 2016, Patrick worked at Lexicon as the Director of Quality Assurance & Client Implementation. Patrick managed K-12 deployment projects and directed a deployment services team. In 2016, Patrick joined Incident IQ as the VP of Customer Success, a position they currently hold.
Patrick Bennett attended Valdosta State University from 2005 to 2010, where they received a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on General Management.
