Cara Rich has work experience as a Medical Content Creator at Incision starting in October 2022. Prior to that, they had various roles at Aultman Health Foundation, including Perioperative Practice Specialist from September 2019 to November 2022, Quality Coordinator and Infection Preventionist from December 2016 to September 2019, Nurse Educator from December 2014 to December 2016, and BSN, CNOR from June 2008 to December 2014.

Cara Rich obtained their Master's degree in Nursing Education from the University of North Alabama, where they attended from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from Malone University, where they studied from 2005 to 2008.
