Incite Learning was founded in 2004. It was established with a clear mission:

Incite Learning abides by three main principles:

Our understanding of our relationship with you is that we become “thought-partners” and trusted advisors. By immersing ourselves in your organizational culture, we are able to translate concepts and best practices into the language your organization speaks.

2. Learning experiences are engaging experiences: Learning at Incite Learning is lively and engaging. We believe that when people enjoy the learning process, they integrate the material more easily, internalize that material faster, and remember the material for longer.

3. Make knowledge applicable: Best practices and evidence-based models are invaluable resources for leaders. Our aim is to bring such models and best practices to life through experiential exercises and simulations.
