Michael M. is currently the Engineering and Reliability Manager at Incitec Pivot Limited, where they manage mechanical engineering support across various sites. They have extensive experience in project management and system development, engaging in major turnarounds at Phosphate Hills and Mt Isa Acid Plant from 2014 to 2022. Michael facilitated risk assessments and developed operational risk management processes while supporting various engineering roles, earning recognition with an IPL Values Award for their injury-free work during the 2015 Derailment Recovery Project.
