Duane Hunt is a seasoned leader in Operational Excellence and Lean Six Sigma deployment, with over three decades of experience in business operations. They began their career as a CAD Manager at O&K Trojan and advanced through significant roles at major companies such as GE Capital, Eastman Kodak, and Aflac, where they pioneered antifraud strategies and Lean Six Sigma programs. Currently, as President and Principal Consultant of DHConsulting, LLC, they specialize in enhancing organizational capabilities through strategic development and coaching. Duane also serves as a Senior Lean Six Sigma Consultant with Incito Consulting Group, driving impactful results for clients in diverse industries. They hold degrees in Computer Graphics Technology and Business Management, and are an active certified speaker and trainer with the John Maxwell Team.
