Jamar Devine

Jamar Devine, MBA, MPA, currently serves as the Senior Manager of Finance and Administration at INCLUDEnyc since September 2022, having previously held the role of Senior Project Manager. Prior experience includes positions at Change Machine as Assistant Director of Operations & Finance and Manager of Finance from November 2020 to August 2022, and Operations & Finance Manager at Barnacle Parking from July 2017 to October 2020, where responsibilities included assisting on special projects and maintaining financial records. Additional roles involved bookkeeping and office management at Randi Rahm Atelier and account representation at Rena Lange USA Inc., as well as customer service supervision at Ragshop Inc. Jamar holds a Master of Public Administration with an emphasis in Nonprofit Management from Grand Canyon University (expected 2024), a Master of Business Administration from Metropolitan College of New York, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Albertus Magnus College.
