Deborah Murphy

Deborah Murphy is the Chief Operating Officer and a co-founder of inclusio, a science-based, data-led Diversity and Inclusion platform, which they joined in 2018 after 15 years in global technology start-ups. Through over four years of university-based R&D, they led the design and build of the inclusio platform, coordinating its successful spin-out into the global market in 2020. Deborah holds an Honours Degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, a Master's in Entrepreneurship and E-learning, and is a Certified Master Practitioner in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP). Additionally, they serve on the Board of Directors for youngballymun and previously contributed as a Research Lead at Dublin City University.
