Ashley Andersen

Ashley Andersen has a diverse work experience. Ashley started their career in 2012 as a Social Studies Teacher at PJ Jacobs Junior High and Ben Franklin Junior High. In 2017, they joined Inclusa as a Learning Specialist and later became a Learning & Organizational Development Specialist. Currently, they hold the position of Talent, Learning & Culture Director at Inclusa. Additionally, Ashley worked as a Manager at Hilltop Pub & Grill from 2005 to 2018.

Ashley Andersen obtained a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership and Change from Edgewood College from 2019 to 2021. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in History and Broadfield Social Sciences at the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point, from 2004 to 2010. Additionally, in July 2019, Ashley obtained a certification in Coaching Skills for Leaders and Managers from LinkedIn.
