Amit Kumar

Amit Kumar has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Amit is currently working at Cloudreach, an Atos company, as the Director of Cloud Operations. Prior to this role, they served as a Professional Services Leader at the same company. Before joining Cloudreach, Amit worked at Capgemini as an Account Manager, where they supported a Swedish customer in Digital Workplace Services, including O365, AD, and Domain Controllers. Amit also managed costs and P&L.

Amit previously worked as the Founder Director of Garvayyam India Pvt Ltd before joining NTT DATA, Inc. as the Systems Integration Associate Director. In this role, they were responsible for distributed monitoring, capacity, and performance.

Before NTT DATA, Amit held various roles at Dell Services, including Delivery Manager and Data Centre Operations Manager. Amit led a team of engineers and provided service delivery to multiple clients under infrastructure support. Amit also managed operations, service delivery, and customer relationships.

Earlier in their career, Amit worked as a Senior Production Services Analyst at Visa Worldwide, a Production Control Analyst at Perot Systems, and a Technical Administrator at Hewitt Associates.

Amit Kumar completed their Bachelor's degree in Information Technology (BIT) from Delhi University from 1999 to 2003. Prior to that, they attended Balwantray Mehta Vidya Bhawan in Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi, where they completed their high school education from 1994 to 1999. In addition to their formal education, Amit Kumar obtained a Six Sigma Black Belt certification from the MSME Government of India in January 2014.
