Cindy Weng

Cindy Weng is a seasoned professional with a robust background in strategy, mergers and acquisitions, and investment banking. Currently serving as the Strategy and M&A Lead at Incode since January 2025, Cindy previously held the position of GTM Strategy & Operations Senior Associate at Datadog from March 2024 to January 2025. Cindy's experience also includes working as a Tech Growth Investor at KKR & Co. Inc. from January 2022 to March 2024 and serving in the Media & Communications Group at Morgan Stanley from July 2020 to December 2021, with earlier internships in the same group during 2018 and 2019. Cindy began the career journey as a Private Equity Analyst at Glanstone Capital in 2017 and gained foundational experience as a Law Intern at The Superior Court of New Jersey in 2015. Cindy holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from NYU Stern School of Business, completed in 2020, and a high school diploma from Union County Vocational Technical School obtained in 2016.
