Daniela Ewing

Daniela Ewing is the Head of People Operations at Incode, where responsibilities include HR strategy implementation, process improvement, and operational excellence, starting in November 2024. Prior to this role, Daniela served as a Talent Acquisition Partner at Catholic Health Services from April 2024 to November 2024 and held the position of Head of People Operations at Magic Leap from August 2018 to January 2024. Daniela's earlier experience includes a Marketing Manager role at Firstat Healthcare, an Assistant Operations Manager at AIG Financial Network, and a New Business Team Lead at MetLife. At MetLife, Daniela excelled in managing new business analysts, conducting training, ensuring compliance, and improving sales processing metrics. Daniela holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from the University of Florida, achieved in 2010.
