Kristen Parrish

Kristen Parrish, PMP, is a seasoned Program Manager with extensive experience in public-sector project management. Currently serving at Incode since November 2024, Kristen previously worked at Insignia Federal Group where achievements included aligning interdependencies for multiple IT projects, optimizing performance on a $3.7+ million contract, and initiating a PMO governance structure. Kristen has initiated significant solutions for clients including Health and Human Services and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, while also managing multidisciplinary teams across various government projects. Prior roles include Project Manager at Axiom Resource Management, Inc., Nolij Consulting LLC, and Eminent Solutions, Inc., and a solid foundation in education as a Business, Marketing, and FACS teacher. Kristen holds a Master of Arts in Teaching and a Bachelor of Science in Business and Marketing Education from James Madison University.
