Raquel Castañeda is the current People Director at incode. Raquel has previously worked as a Human Resources Generalist at APRO, Head of Human Resources at KUESKI, and Head of Talent at SENSAI.

Raquel has extensive experience in human resources and has played a key role in the growth of various organizations. At APRO, they provided integral HR solutions for global IT companies. At KUESKI, they led the organization's growth from 10 employees to 150, building and heading the People department and strategy. And at SENSAI, they increased throughput and decreased downtime with innovative AI technology.

Raquel Castañeda has a Master in Business and Technology from Collective Academy, a Diploma in Leadership and Management from ITESO Universidad Jesuita de Guadalajara, and a Diploma in Strategic Human Resources Management from Tecnológico de Monterrey. Raquel also has a Bachelor of Business Administration from Universidad de Guadalajara. Raquel is certified by Toastmasters International as a Tostmaster and by Instare as an HR Analytics.
