Reynaldo Manzanarez

Reynaldo Manzanarez is the current Legal Affairs & Compliance Director at incode. Reynaldo has also previously worked as the Senior Director Ethics & Compliance US&Canada / Latam at Brightstar Corp. from February 2013 to July 2020.

Manzanarez is experienced in assisting companies with the design, enhancement and implementation of the policies, processes and practices that dictate how top management manages and oversees the company’s operations. Reynaldo is also proficient in risk assessment analyses, auditing and monitoring on the company’s operations. During their time at Brightstar Corp., they successfully managed complex global trade situations by saving costs, preventing fines, allowing sales to continue, implementing new processes to mitigate risks, and securing the continuance of profitable operations.

In addition to their work in compliance, Manzanarez has also acted as the Legal lead for the Latam region on an interim basis for large periods. During this time, they provided support on a wide variety of issues and managed outside counsel.

Reynaldo Manzanarez has a JD from Universidad Latinoamericana, S.C. Reynaldo also has an associate's degree in intellectual property law from Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México, and an associate's degree in telecommunications law from Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México.
