Rob Mikell

Rob Mikell is the current VP of Public Sector at incode. Prior to this, they served as the VP of Business Operations for Civil Identity at IDEMIA from March 2016 to October 2021. Rob was appointed to this position by Governor Sonny Purdue. Before IDEMIA, Mikell served as the Commissioner of the Georgia Department of Driver Services from January 2007 to December 2016. Rob was appointed to this position by Governor Nathan Deal and oversaw a staff of over 1000 across 66 locations statewide. Mikell also served as the Deputy Director of the Georgia Governor's Office of Highway Safety from January 2003 to December 2007 and as the Deputy Chief Assistant Solicitor-General in the DeKalb County Solicitor-General's Office from January 2000 to December 2003.

Rob Mikell is a lawyer who attended Washington and Lee University School of Law, where they earned their J.D. Rob also holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from The Citadel and a M.P.A. from Columbus State University.
