David Botros

Sr. Program Manager at Incom, Inc.

David Botros has worked in the manufacturing engineering field since 1990. David began their career at Lucent Technologies as a Senior Manufacturing Engineer/Project Manager, where they managed the complete build-out of a 100 million, 130,000 square foot manufacturing facility. In 2000, they moved to Nortel Networks as a Manufacturing Engineering Manager, where they hired and managed the optical subsystems manufacturing department. In 2002, they joined Axcelis Technologies as a Senior Program Manager/Engineering Manager, managing a department of 18 manufacturing, mechanical, and electrical engineers. In 2008, they moved to Brooks Automation as a Senior Manager Manufacturing Engineering. Since 2009, they have been at Incom, Inc. as a Sr. Program Manager, reporting to the CEO on Global Commodity Planning and Strategic Business Initiatives, and performing consultative role for competitive and strategic research analysis. David is also responsible for key initiatives supporting all aspects for Fused Fiberoptics components used in military Night Vision and Medical Radiography.

David Botros obtained a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership from Nichols College in 2014. Prior to that, they obtained a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, and an MS in Engineering Management from Northeastern University.
