Paul Retief serves as the Chief Scientist at INCOMAR since 2023. Previously, they accumulated extensive experience, including over two decades as a Principal Scientist at Denel Dynamics, where they focused on infrared measurements and modelling, as well as developing training programs. Paul also worked as a Scientific Officer at the Council for Geoscience and held positions in operations research at Anglo American and Anglovaal. Currently, they are pursuing a Bachelor of Science, Master of Science, and Doctor of Philosophy in Physics at North-West University and the University of Pretoria.
