The Income Care Unit™ is a financial consultancy built specifically for rental property owners — first-time homebuyers stepping into landlord life, inherited property owners navigating unexpected obligations, and rentalpreneurs building portfolios with intention.

Founded by Candace, The Rental Income Dr™., the ICU brings a medical-wellness framework to financial health — because disorganized finances are a pre-existing condition, and tax season is the highly contagious flu that exposes every symptom you've been ignoring.

We treat the whole patient. Before the purchase, during the process, and long after the keys are handed over.

🩺 OUR SERVICES

→ Tax Preparation & Filing — Individual and rental income taxes for US-based and international property owners. Clean, complete, and built to maximize every deduction you've earned.

→ Catch-Up Filing & Back Taxes — Paperwork Anemia is real. If you have unfiled returns, IRS notices, or years of rental income that never made it onto a return, we specialize in the financial resuscitation that gets you back in compliance.

→ Business Credit Building — Your SSN is a crutch. We help rentalpreneurs remove the personal guarantee dependency and build a 12-month credit protocol that gives their business an independent financial identity and real access to capital.

→ Bookkeeping & Reconciliation — Twelve months of rental data, fully reconciled. Clean books. Clear performance picture. Audit-ready records. Year-round, not just in April.

→ Financial Consulting & Strategy — Acquisition planning, cashflow optimization, tax strategy, and portfolio analysis for landlords at every stage of the journey.

💊 WHO WE TREAT
First-time homebuyers preparing to purchase rental property. Inherited property owners who didn't ask for the obligation but are ready to manage it correctly. Accidental landlords who became a business without a manual. Seasoned rentalpreneurs who are ready to scale with the right financial infrastructure.
