David MacKenzie

David MacKenzie, P.Eng has over 20 years of professional experience in various managerial roles. From 1999 to 2005, they served as the Plant Manager and Director of Operations at Emerson, overseeing a large injection molding and assembly facility. During their tenure, they implemented lean manufacturing practices and successfully managed a $20 million expansion project. From 2005 to 2008, they worked as the Vice President at Linetech Design & Mfg. Ltd. David then joined CPI Card Group in 2008 as the Plant Manager for their Canadian operations. In 2011, they were promoted to Director of Operations, responsible for procurement, production planning, maintenance, and quality. In their 7-year tenure at CPI, they achieved financial stability and successfully introduced new card manufacturing technologies. Most recently, they are employed at InComm, where they hold the position of Senior Director of Operations for Canada.

David MacKenzie, P.Eng. obtained their Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) degree in Industrial Engineering from the Technical University of Nova Scotia, where they studied from 1987 to 1991. David holds a certification as a Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) from Professional Engineers Ontario.
